Suddenly, during this summer of 2018, key western leaders re-awakened their, about fifty years, lost interest in Africa. President Emmanuel Macron of France was the first to visit. The President of the USA, Donald Trump, instead of visiting, he invited some of the African heads of state to talk at the White House. The Prime Minister of the UK, Theresa May, dashed across few of the countries in few days. The German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, followed suit.
